Most merchants are collecting on their first route within a week. If you're on a supported storefront, the integration itself is same-day; the rest is agreeing a pickup window and a rate.
Yes — directly with the major storefronts and shipping platforms, or through our API if you've built your own. If you'd rather not integrate at all, you can create orders in the dashboard or upload a CSV.
The driver captures the reason and a photo at the door, and the parcel comes back onto the next available route automatically. You'll see the exception in your dashboard before the customer emails you about it.
