SwishDelivery

Track a shipment

Follow it from pickup to doorstep, live.

About us

We wanted a courier we'd actually recommend. So we built one.

SwishDelivery is a Canadian last-mile carrier for businesses that have been let down by the last mile before.

Our story

Started with a simple complaint

Ask any online retailer where their support tickets come from and the answer is the same: deliveries. Not the product, not the checkout — the mile between the warehouse and the door.

SwishDelivery was founded in TODO (year) in TODO (city) by people who had spent long enough on the receiving end of that problem to be specific about it. Pickups that didn't happen. Tracking that updated once a day. Drivers churning so fast nobody learned the route.

So we built the opposite. Tight routes, fair driver pay, tracking that updates on every scan, and a named human on every account. It isn't a complicated idea. It's just one nobody was bothering to execute.

What we hold to

Four things we don't negotiate on

On time is the whole job

A delivery that arrives late has failed, however nicely it was handled. We plan, staff, and measure around that one fact.

Show the work

Live tracking, photo proof, and honest reporting — including the routes that went badly. You can't fix what a carrier won't show you.

Drivers first, always

Fair routes and fair pay aren't charity, they're operations. Drivers who stay are drivers who know your customers' buildings.

Small enough to answer

You get a person who knows your account and picks up the phone. We'd rather grow slower than lose that.
